My dog will live primarily indoors as part of my family. I will provide fresh food, water, supervision, exercise and safe housing every day. I will provide regular veterinary care at a licensed clinic, and emergency care when needed. I understand I am financially responsible for veterinary costs after adoption. I understand dog ownership is a long-term time and financial commitment. I understand Frankie's Friends has policies on rehoming, transfer and surrender, set out in the adoption contract.
